How do I return my order?

If you would like to return your order, please visit our return portal https://www.briller.com/a/return?

All orders can be returned within 30 days.

Once we have received the order return, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Are there any shipping costs?

Briller offers free standard shipping on all orders, we also offer Express shipping at an additional cost of $30.00. Items above $800 get free Express delivery.

What are the shipping options available?

Standard shipping - free

Free for all orders. Orders placed by 2pm PDT Monday - Friday will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

Express shipping - $30

Free for all orders $800 and above. Orders Placed by 2pm PDT Monday - Friday will be delivered within 1-2 business days.

Orders are processed and shipped via UPS Monday to Friday when placed by cutoff time or the following business day when placed after cutoff. Carrier will make 3 delivery attempts before returning the shipment to our warehouse.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a tracking number Via Email.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please contact us.

How long does shipping take?
